Here are my three tips to help you master your Flatline Scorpio:
1. FIND YOUR TUMMY GRIP
Make sure you get the pole firmly positioned in the side of your torso between the bottom of your ribs and your pelvis. It should be a soft area of your body, rather than pushing up against bone (which is super-uncomfortable!).
2. INSIDE LEG POSITION
As you bring your inside leg in towards your body, aim to get your knee as close to your chest as you can. This will make it easier to then position your leg around the pole.
3. OUTSIDE LEG POSITION
Push your outside leg down to get it parallel with the floor, and keep your knee facing upwards, rather than allowing the leg to turn in or out, which will knock you out of position.
