Attitude Spin Up Pole Dance Tutorial
Start by sitting on the floor with your strong side closest to the pole.
Place your strong inside arm high on the pole and your weak arm across your chest and on the pole. Kneel up on your bent inside leg and place your outside leg on the floor out to the side keeping it straight.
Swing your outside leg out to the side and hook it on the pole at the ankle. Hop off the ground with your other foot and bring it up so that your legs are at 90 degree angles from each other and 90 degree angles at the knee.
When the spin naturally slows down place both feet on the floor to stand.
For a variation of the spin you can do it with your legs in the same position but not touching the pole.
