Stand with your strong side closet to the pole and go into a V invert. Hook your outside leg over the pole at the knee. Bring your body up and place your inside arm low on the pole. Place your other hand in a twisted grip just above your knee on the pole. Move your head down so that your body is in line with the pole. When you have a strong grip with your hands stretch out your hooked knee making sure that this leg is held between your arm and the pole. Stretch your other leg out behind you as far as you can, keeping it straight. Hold this pose.

Try out using different arms and legs until you find what works best for you.
