Iguana Mount (to Pencil Pose)

Face the pole with your legs apart. Keep your legs straight and bend your body over so that your back is on the pole with your spine on one side. Place your hands straight up on the pole roughly at the same height as your bottom. Using your hands for grip, arm strength and abs, lift your legs up by taking them out to the sides. Place your legs together to finish.
