Extended Fireman Spin

Place your strong inside arm high on the pole and your weak arm across your chest and on the pole. Walk around the pole. As you step on your inside foot swing your outside foot out to the side and hook it over the front of the pole. Slightly hop off the ground with your other foot and kick it out in front of you so that your leg is parallel to the ground with toes pointed. Your thighs should be close to each other.
