Invert on the pole. Grip onto the pole tightly with your legs from your knees to your feet. Using your hands, push your body away from the pole and then up. Put your hands back on the pole to give yourself a good grip. Slide your legs higher up the pole. Push your body away and up the pole again. Continue this process to continue climbing.
