Stand facing the pole. Place your strong arm low on the pole with your fingers pointing closer to the ground. Place your weak arm high on the pole around head height with your fingers on the furthest side of the pole. Stand on your strong inside leg and swing your weak leg up towards the pole. Bend this knee around the pole and up towards your chest. You should aim to get your body in a ball shape around the pole so that your strong side is closest to the ground. Jump off the ground with your strong leg and bring this leg up to meet your weak leg. Continue spinning.
