Aerial Climb Pole Tutorial
Stand with your strong side closest to the pole. Place your strong arm on the pole at chest height and weak arm across your chest and on the pole.
Lift your legs up to invert with your legs in a V shape. (V Invert) Hook your weak leg over the pole at the knee. Place your weak hand on the pole above this knee to pull your body up. Bring your strong arm up to help you climb as your body moves.
As your body comes upright, take your legs off the pole. From here you can go into a V Invert to continue your Aerial Climb.
