Spinning V Invert (Spinning Chopper)

Make sure you have a strong V Invert or Chopper before attempting this move. Walk around the pole to gain momentum, with your inside arm as a forearm grip. When walking, step on your inside foot as you place your outside hand on the pole slightly higher than the inside. Lift up with straight legs, go into a tuck and then straighten your legs again. Keep a light grip on the pole to enable you to keep spinning.
