Seated Fall Back (Cross Leg Release)

Climb the pole to a pole sit, crossing your top, strong leg over the top of your weaker leg. While holding the pole bring your crossed leg towards the pole, keeping the tension and contact with your other leg. Straighten your weaker leg, pointing your toes. When your top knee is on the pole and you have a good grip, you can let go with your hands and lean your body back, away from the pole.
