First time playing with my new LyraPole!

I’m really excited to have received my new LyraPole from X-Pole this week! As soon as it arrived, I set-up the LyraPole, also known as Lollipop Lyra and started playing.

I want to share some of the moves and combos with you 🙂

Please bear in mind that this was my first training session on the lollipop, so I’m sure I’ll have some far more exciting moves to show you in due course!!

I’m sure over the coming weeks and months, I’ll find lots of cool new moves on the LyraPole to work on, and share with you all, but for now I’m just super excited to play with my new piece of equipment at the studio, along with my poles, aerial hoops and silks.

Who doesn’t love a new toy?!

  1. Hi Holly! My name is Camille, and I am relatively new to poling (almost a year experience). I am also a certified personal trainer and love doing anything active. It is a dream of mine to someday open my own pole studio near where I live. We have nothing like that in my area, unless I were to drive an hour or more away. About a year ago I purchased my own pole and had it installed in my home, and have been teaching myself from your videos and any others I can find. Do you have any advice on opening a studio? What was your experience like opening your business?

I'd love to hear what you think...
