Cross Knee Release

Climb the pole and go into a seat. Straighten out your bottom leg. Hold your hands at chest height and rock back until the crook of your top knee is on the pole. When you have a secure grip, try to take one hand off of the pole at a time until you can take both hands off and lean back.
