Reiko Splits (One Handed)

Face the pole and place both hands on it, above head height. Lift your right leg and place the bottom of your foot on to the pole. Push the pole away with your foot as your pull with your arms to lift your body up. When you have a good grip, take your weaker hand away from the pole turning your body slightly away from the pole. Kick your weaker leg away from the pole and hold the pose.
