Lower Body Workout

 

I know we tend to think of working on getting stronger arms and a stronger core for pole, but getting our legs strong is just as important.

I realised that I needed to work on my lower body when I found it difficult to control my deadlifts. My upper body knew what it was doing, but my legs didn’t want to move at all!

So here is a little lower body workout for you. This workout just takes 15 minutes but will get you working hard, and sweating 😀
