Here’s another little pole routine for you. This one is suitable for beginners. If you’re not yet climbing, then you can stick to the spins 😀

Here are the moves in this routine:

  • Outside step
  • Chair
  • Pirouette
  • Back hook
  • Log roll
  • Leap
  • Leg switch
  • Back attitude
  • Floor cartwheel
  • Stand
  • Climb – crucifix
  • Forwards crucifix
  • Bow
