I know we tend to think of working on getting stronger arms and a stronger core for pole, but getting our legs strong is just as important.

I realised that I needed to work on my lower body when I found it difficult to control my deadlifts. My upper body knew what it was doing, but my legs didn’t want to move at all!

So here is a little lower body workout for you. This workout just takes 15 minutes but will get you working hard, and sweating 😀

The full details for this workout are in the video description, and you don’t need any equipment. Please subscribe if you would like to see more videos like this, and let me know what workouts you would like to see 😀
