I got into this superman by an invert straddle into gemini. As the leg is gripping the pole, use the same side arm and grip the pole above the leg, then twist your stomach to face the floor whilst gripping between your things and letting yourself drop into the superman position. May sting between the thighs! I find the quicker the twist the less painful it is!
