Tutorial Text:

Go into your invert, then position yourself into a crucifix with your chest and face facing the pole. Brace your strong hands, with your bottom hand and pointer finger at the bottom and a twisted grip up top.

Slowly bring your knees down to your chest to keep your balance with your toes still against the pole then extend legs to one side (depends on left-handed or right-handed).

Then hold!
