Tutorial Text:

I do this move with my strong arm down and my weak arm up in a twisty grip. Swing your outside leg forward then back. ( keep your eyes to the bottom part of the pole this will help with balance) Turn your body out as the leg swings back till you feel your body start to lift. As it lifts off the ground, push with your bottom arm and pull with your top arm. Turn your head so that you are looking at the top of the pole to center your balance. As you lift, tuck your knees in so you are in a ball then when you feel balanced straighten your legs.

Key Point:

Practice every other day so that your body get use to the twisting motion and you build your strength.
