Hi Lily,

I asked on twitter if anone can recommend a good beginners DVD for Pole Dancing and BeSpun LA recommended Leigh Anns Pole for beginners.

I also have a brief review of Pole Dancing DVDs and books, which may help:

I would recommend the PDC books or DVDs. They have a lot of moves and show you how to do them. For the most part it is relatively easy to work out how to do the moves – although they don’t talk you through it. It is not specifically a beginners guide but it does have moves from all levels. If it was one or the other I would go for the DVD as you can see how the moves are done and make them slow motion too. Their website is also very handy as you can look at the syllabus online:

I’m about to ask on twitter if anyone can recommend any good online instructors for you, I hope this helps.

Bring on the Pole Dancing 🙂
