Thanks for this topic! I went through the same thing a few months ago.  Chiropractic sessions and rest were what worked for me.  I’ve also learned to be more conscious when inverting and listen to my body.  Bringing an icepack to class and resting when I feel even a “twinge” in that area, helps too.
