I will definitely look into this.  I love to run and do pole so it sounds similar to what I have.  Stretching and running is when I feel the pain the most too.  I keep on reading that injuries in this area can take months to heal so unfortunately rest is one of the best things to do.  No fun!

It’s hard to admit when your hurt but I’ve learned that the sooner you admit it, the sooner you can fix it!  Thanks so much again!
