About CharlotteG

I started pole dancing in October 2013 and am now a self-confessed pole convert. I was terrified of attending my first class on my own, in my very tiny shorts, but now I couldn’t care less! Pole is a chance for me to make friends, improve fitness and flexibility as well as grow in confidence across multiple areas.

I enjoy fitness and am a keen runner, which goes against all the laws of flexibility for the splits! I am currently on a journey of flexibility and hope to get into my splits within a year as well as start inverting soon – this is how beginner I am!
