Tutorial Text:

Standing on your toes, grab the pole as if you are about to invert, but with the lower inside arm touching the pole near the arm pit, and with the top arm reaching high. Ensure your hips are against or infornt of the pole, not behind. From here, pull your legs up into a ball, and then into a straddle, and with the lower arm, extend it to grab the fatty part of your thigh, reaching well under that thigh. When you feel confident, let go of the top arm, and place this arm on the inside of the opposite thigh. *Warning* the first time you do will hurt very much so, but once you do it regularly, the pain will disappear 🙂
