I’ve noticed lately that whenever I’m training at Tease Studio, everyone seems to gravitate to the front of the room.

The reason is simple: the front of the room boasts 45 mm poles instead of 50 mm, and it is much easier to learn new pole moves on the smaller poles, probably because the smaller pole allows you to get your hands wrapped around better. Read more…
