Tutorial Text:

Invert onto the pole, secure pole into your joint behind your right knee. Pull both arms above your knee and swing your left leg round to the front of the pole as if doing the Genervive move. Place your left arm below your bottom for support and put your left foot through the gap between your bent knee and right hand. Grip the front of your left foot on the pole and ensure it is placed in the crease of your bottom, release both hands drop down and place your hands below your head.
