Handstand Training & Brass Monkey Entries

Today I have been strengthening my handstands using some of Charlotte Robertson’s techniques. Check out her tips:

I have also gone through 9 entries into a Brass Monkey from moves such as a Handstand, Genie, Shoulder Mount and Deadlift. I have been doing most of these for a while and recently learnt the Claw Grip Flip (real name unknown) from Daniel Rosen and Sam King.
