I’ve been doing pole fitness for eight months – I can’t believe I didn’t discover it sooner! I’m a stay at home Mum, with two chronic illnesses, so I don’t always get to make it on a regular basis but I’ve made huge progress and can successfully invert, shoulder-mount and scissor climb, amongst other moves. It’s boosted my confidence, helped me build up stamina and energised my soul. I don’t think I’ve ever been in love with a form of ‘exercise’ as this. I only wish I had my own pole to help me keep up the good work at home!
