Tutorial:

Do a basic invert so you are gripping the pole with your legs. Place one arm above your head with arm slightly bent so you can push your body away from the pole. Use the other hand to grip the pole around the tops of your thighs. Take one leg off, keeping it straight (and toes pointed!) then straighten your other leg, keeping your ankle on the pole for grip.
