I saw this on google and decided to give it a go 🙂 I get in to it by climbing the pole into my pole sit. Put your strong hand under you and sit on it like you do in a wrist sit. Other arm is slightly above shoulder height holding the pole, while you are sitting on your wrist adjust your strong leg/foot to grip the Pole from behind. Let go when you are secure. For me my leg that is hanging down helps me to balance and the key is to arch your back as much as you can, you don’t want to hang off the pole because you will only slide down, you want to push off the pole with your back arch 🙂 hope this helps guys 🙂
