Start by sitting on the floor with your strong side closest to the pole. Place your strong inside arm low on the pole and your weak arm high on the pole. Kneel up on your bent inside leg and place your outside leg on the floor out to the side keeping it straight. Swing your outside leg out to the side and bend it, bringing it up towards your chest. As you swing this outside leg, bring your inside with it. Keep both legs bent with the pole between your legs and chest. Keep spinning. When the spin naturally slows down place both feet on the floor to stand.
