I go into a hangback. I normally have my right leg over my left when I go down and then I grip the pole with the left arm right under my butt and the right I place where I feel comfortable (around my head). Then I make a drop so the arm right under my but is stretched and the other bent. Hold on with my left foot and stretch my right leg down to the floor making the arrow. Then I try to sway in my back to make a more beautiful bow.
You can also take off your bent arm and hang only in the stretched arm and the foot.
