Here’s another little pole routine for you. This one is suitable for beginners. If you’re not yet climbing, then you can stick to the spins ๐Ÿ˜€

Here are the moves in this routine:

Outside step
Chair
Pirouette
Back hook
Log roll
Leap
Leg switch
Back attitude
Floor cartwheel
Stand
Climb – crucifix
Forwards crucifix
Bow
